SELERIT just have one office which located in Guangzhou China.
All the clothes are shipped from China .But we can send the clothes to all over the world .
After the payment of your order is received , SELERIT need 2-3 days to prepare the order .
We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected.
Shipping time depends on which country you reside in.

Here at SELERIT, We will make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner.
You will receive your order within 7-20 business days depending on what country you reside in from the date your order was placed. For more information on shipping please refer here. There are two types of order cancellations.
1. Cancelling an unpaid order.
An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 7 days .
2. Cancelling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, Pls Leave us a Message by clicking the "Details" of your order .
We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out.
In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled.
Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it
or contact us to arrange "return for refund".
We can only update your shipping address before shipment.
Pls contact us as soon as possible if the parcel still not being shipped ,
We will try our best to help you to modify it under our system .
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered,
Please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information
including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment.
