Return Policy

① We are gladly accept returns or exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. After this time we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.

② The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

③ Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services( like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar ). By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in China.

④ We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

⑤Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.
⑥ If The package incurs any import duty when arrive in China Custom, We will email you and tell you how much is it which need to be shouldered by your side.

⑧ Only we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
Original payment amount of the returtn items will be processed refund to you which is not include the return shipping fee.
